Returns & Exchanges

Shipping and returns

All orders are shipped with DPD from our warehouse in the Netherlands. All further information about our DPD shipping service can be found by clicking here.

Shipment tracking

With the shipment number in the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order.

Here you will find a shipment number and a tracking link.With these you can view the current status of your order online at any time.

Delivery

The current delivery time using DPD is 3-5 Working Days, Monday- Friday excluding Bank holidays & other public holidays.

As soon as your payment has been approved and your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty days. Please notify webinfo@backontrack.com before dispatching the return and do note your invoice number, so we can track the order for refund.

Once the products are received in the condition they were sent, your refund will be processed with initial shipping charges .
